Warping and Sizing Machines

The sizing unit has 3 Jupiter warping machines and a Hi-Tech sizing machine comprising double sow box along with 10 cylinders to enhance the yarn properties. The machines run 144 hours a week sending out 50 tons of sized yarn with the number of ends ranging from 3000 to 10000.

120 Sulzer looms

The projectile weaving unit has 120 Sulzer looms including 8 dobby looms. The loom width is 390 centimeters with a frame capacity of 10. On an average the Sulzer looms produce 40,000 meters of grey fabric every day.

80 Toyota looms

The air-jet weaving unit has 80 Toyota looms with a frame capacity of 8 and its width is 190 centimeters and 340 centimeters. On an average the air-jet looms produce 40,000 meters of grey fabric every day.
