Yarn Procurement
The finest quality yarn comes into Sri Sakthivel Impex from in and around the South Asian Countries. All the Yarn procured, are barcoded into our warehouse and its movements are logged and accounted for.

Yarn Testing
The sourced yarn is then tested for its tensile strength, uniformity %, elongation %, neps/km, and hairiness index keeping in mind the SITRA Norms*

Warping and Sizing
We believe, a uniform warp is the key to successful weaving, that is why we do it under the own house. Enhancing the yarn characteristics, on a weekly basis 50 tons of sized yarn with the number of ends ranging from 3000 to 10000 move out of our sizing unit.

Weaving
The yarns are interlaced into fine Grey fabrics with our profusely efficient machinery and proficient labor. The fabrics are doffed under continuous inspection to ensure that the quality is not compromised.

Mending and Quality Control
Our in-house menders show patience and skill to ensure only pieces of the highest quality leaves our mill. Stringent quality control protocols ensure that every possible level of care and attention are taken throughout the weaving process.

Folding & Packing
We use precise folding and roll packing machine to ensure that fabric delivered are in accordance to the customers demand.
